Never hesitate before we buy that tian lu.. But before we brought it, For the first timer that enter the shop, the shifu will explain what is tian lu all about. Then we were to choose our tian lu.After near 2 hours of choosing, we finally choosed. The process of bringing tianlu back take around 15 minutes. Total Costs of the pair cost us around $396. Mine is at $188 and my Mr Seah got a green one at $208.  hahahas.. I think i am more and more into FengShui with him. Shhhhh!..

Origin of Pixiu ~

The myth of Pixiu tells that this creature is the 9th son of the dragon. However, it violated a law of heaven, so the Jade Emperor punished it by restricting the Pixiu's diet to wealth, and prevented the creature from defecating by sealing its anus. Thus, Pixiu can only absorb cannot expel. This is the origin of Pixiu status as a symbol of the acquisition and preservation of wealth. This ability to gain wealth without letting it out was auspicious enough for many people to keep Pixiu in the home as a way of receiving and keeping fortune. It is believed that Pixiu with its supernatural power can resolve all natural disasters. As the old folk saying goes:「One Touch on Pixiu’s head, one’s life will free from worries」
